1. Who we are and what we offer

“Parihaara” (Vedic & Scientific Jyotishya Parihaara Kendram, Vakalapudi, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh) provides online astrology services under the guidance of Sri N.L.N. Sharma Guruji: marriage horoscope review with remedies, horoscope (kundali) matching and muhurta selection. Some spiritual items may also be offered for sale.

2. Astrology is guidance only

  • Our reports are information and guidance only, prepared from astrological texts and calculation methods. No result is guaranteed.
  • They are not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice. Please take important decisions using your own judgement.

3. Accuracy of the details you provide

  • The report is prepared from the date, time and place of birth you give. Even a small difference can move the results away from accuracy.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure the details are correct. We are not responsible for results based on wrong details.
  • You can pay only after ticking the confirmation box at checkout.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to buy these services. If you give details of another person (for example a family member), we assume you have their permission.

5. Orders and payment

  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Prices are in Indian rupees and the price shown when you order applies. We may change prices without prior notice; orders already paid are not affected.

6. Delivery of reports

The report is sent to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to enter it correctly. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellation and refunds

A horoscope report is a digital service prepared personally for you. Once the report has been sent, the payment is not refundable. Full details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property and use

Reports are for your personal use only. You may not resell, distribute or use them commercially without our permission. The text, logo and design of this website belong to us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of these services. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date published on this page. The terms in force when you pay apply to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first try to resolve any dispute with us by email; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
