We respect the privacy of your personal details. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, whom we share it with and what rights you have.

1. What we collect

  • Your details: name, email, billing address, phone (if you provide it).
  • Birth details: the name, date, time and place of birth of the person(s) the report is for.
  • Order and payment status: what you bought, whether payment succeeded, and the payment reference from Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; they stay with Razorpay.
  • Technical data: cookies (see below), browser language and IP address, for security.

2. Why we use it

  • To prepare the horoscope report you bought and email it to you.
  • To contact you about your order, payment, refund or support.
  • To prevent fraud and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

We do not send marketing messages without your consent and we do not sell your data.

3. Whom we share it with

  • Razorpay: to take payments securely.
  • VedicAstroAPI: the date, time and place of birth are sent to this astrological calculation service to prepare the report.
  • Hosting and email services (Hostinger): to run the website and send emails.
  • Government or legal authorities when the law requires.

4. How long we keep it

  • Order records (including birth details) are kept as long as needed for our accounting and legal obligations.
  • Report PDF files stay on our server for at most 30 days and are then deleted automatically.
  • On request, we will delete your data to the extent the law allows.

5. Security

The website runs on HTTPS (encryption) and we take measures so that details are visible only to authorised people. No system on the internet is 100% secure, however.

6. Cookies

We use cookies needed for the site to work (cart/checkout, language choice, security). The Razorpay payment window may also use its own cookies.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to show, correct or delete your data (to the extent the law allows) or withdraw your consent. Please email parihaarasarma@gmail.com.

8. Children

These services are not meant for persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
